Our Team

Cleanbooks Inc. became official in 2020. Both owners, Lori Dallas and Christopher Rowswell, have been working in the field for many years and decided to partner up to launch a top-notch Bookkeeping and Accounting Business in the Barrie area. Each owner brings unique qualifications to Cleanbooks Inc.
Both educated with Commerce degrees, one brings a wealth of knowledge in the Administrative Management and bookkeeping component of running and owning a business and the other brings the Accounting training and knowledge. They specialize in getting to know your business, by being as hands on as possible to fully understand the ins and outs of what makes up your Sales, Cost of Goods, and Expenses so that they can tailor your books so they make sense to you.

Lori Dallas

Financial & Administrative Management/Bookkeeper

Lori graduated from Concordia University with a Bachelor of Commerce Major degree in Administrative Management and Minor degree in Marketing. The former part her 13-year career at Bell Canada utilized the Marketing side of her training which included creating sales programs, training, tracking staff performance, and reporting. She was later promoted as a Project Manager and formally trained to manage teams across provinces to launch new Products in Services in the Business Long Distance market. Her organization skills and attention to detail led her to join the Finance department at Bell where she managed a $200 Million dollar portfolio of projects and reported the financials monthly to the Group Vice-President of the company. The entrepreneurial side of her emerged when Bell offered Bell Stores for sale as franchises. A whole new 14 years of experience as a small business owner (with a huge Brand to uphold) led to experience in staffing, POS setup, commissions-based services, customer service, marketing and of course, bookkeeping! This new chapter with CleanBooks Inc. provides so many great opportunities for her to share her knowledge and training to allow their clients to create their dreams while keeping it real on paper for them. 


Chris Rowswell

Financial Analyst/Accountant Delegate

Chris Rowswell attended the University of Guelph and graduated with an Honors Bachelor of Commerce with a Major in Accounting. He is currently a CPA candidate and specializes in Cost Analysis and Performance Management. It was only within one week of finishing his final university exams that Chris had landed a job in the field of accounting, as he excelled in his schooling and was therefore extremely appealing to finance executives. Chris has gained all of his work experience working in the finance department for a leading medical device manufacturing and distribution company. His exposure in the industry involves complex accounting scenarios involving process/job costing, variance analysis, financial statement review, system analytics/programming, tax related transactions/implications, and general, day-to-day bookkeeping. As the President of CleanBooks Inc., Chris focuses on ensuring financial statements and transaction are accurate and compliant with the appropriate accounting standards as well as providing meaningful feedback and recommendations on client’s financial statements.
